By using repo.trade ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Service.
2. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not be sanctioned under EU/German law
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not use VPNs to circumvent restrictions
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Your account security
- Any transactions made
- Complying with tax obligations
- Ensuring your use is legal in your jurisdiction
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:
- Violate laws
- Engage in fraud
- Harm the Service or other users
- Infringe intellectual property
- Spread malware or spam
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Accuracy of information
- Value of repository tokens
- Security from attacks
7. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:
- Lost profits or data
- Service interruptions
- Your use of the Service
- Third-party actions
Maximum liability is limited to €50.
8. Indemnification
You'll cover our costs if we face claims due to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
German law applies. Disputes will be resolved in Nuremberg, Germany.
10. Repository Tokens (Section 20)
10.1 Nature
Tokens represent GitHub repositories as engagement tools, not securities or investments.
10.2 Usage
Tokens allow:
- Showing repository support
- Community participation
- Peer-to-peer trading
10.3 No Financial Rights
Tokens don't provide:
- Financial returns
- Ownership rights
- Developer obligations
10.4 Developer Independence
Repository developers:
- Aren't responsible for tokens
- Have no relationship with token holders
- May be unaware of token existence
10.5 Our Role
We only provide the platform, we don't:
- Endorse repositories
- Guarantee repository quality
- Ensure repository maintenance
